Monday

My cough/cold is waning now, so I got back on the mike for a short 24 miles and breakfast

Took the high chair to the allotment for Willow, I will leave it here

Also

1. Fed, watered all the trees with 6X, chicken manure and seaweed and mulched with bark
2. Fed, watered the blueberries with ericaceous ******fertiliser and mulched with bark
3. Fed, watered the rest of the berries with 6X, chicken manure and seaweed
4. Moved all of the over-wintered carrots outside, I normally wait until April, but the long range weather forecast is too good, no point waiting. Since carrot fly arrive in April the sooner I move them up high the better!

Tuesday

We are in for a very hot couple of weeks, so these brassicas need a lot of ventilation

I made extra large chocks, to keep them cool, while also keeping the pigeons off!

While I worked, Willow played with her favourite big pipe ‘toy’

Planted two rows of peas, both sugar snap varieties

Planted two beds of 25 lettuce

Planted two beds of 40 salad onions, one in interplanted with 28 parsnips
